In production, we adopt advanced intermediate-frequency induction furnaces, pre-coated sand automated molding machines, semi-automatic gating systems, large-scale resistance thermal treatment furnaces, high-speed professional working machines, cabinet type shot blasting machines, automatic quick-drying paint lines, high-power air compressors and other high-end production devices.

In order to ensure high-quality products, on the basis of improving all staff’s qualities, we are also equipped with two spectroscopy analyzers imported from Germany, universal testing machines, low-temperature impact machines, large metallographic microscopes, X-ray flaw detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic detectors, and other destructive testing and non-destructive testing devices. We have more than 100 production workers, a number of foundry specialists and managers giving technical monitoring and guidance to new product R&D and on-site production process, so as to improve its technology and management level constantly and apply world-advanced production technologies, which is also the pace we keep unremittingly.
